the dynamic mechanical property and the phase inversion of the polyurethane (PU)-polyvinyl(PVA) blend system were studied. It was found that the phase inversion bet-ween the contious phase and the disperse phase took place when PVA content reached the range of 30-50%. Furthermore

mechanical models were used to describe the modulus composition relation

the isochronal mechanical spetrum and the diffusion coefficient composion relation of the blends. The experiment data were within the theoretic prediction and respectively fitted the mo-dified Kerner model and combination Kerner model.
