摘要

用单向拉伸法研究了丁苯橡胶-1500的屈服强度σy与温度和特性粘数[η]的关系

求得σy与[η]在25℃时的线性方程为: [η]=0.54σy+0.36(1)由于高分子溶液的粘度具有加和性

因而丁苯生胶的屈服强度也具有加和性

即丁苯橡胶的临界屈服分子量

M_c与温度有关。通过屈服强度以及线膨胀增量与温度的关系

发现在丁苯橡胶中存在另一低温转变

它和T_g转变一样

随苯乙烯含量的增加而使转变温度升高。表示二者受相似的分子机理所支配。T′_(ee)T_g的比值接近1.31

在T′_(ee)转变前后

丁苯-1500的屈服强度发生明显的变化

因而丁苯橡胶的屈服强度与苯环的相互作用有关

从而进一步增加对屈服强度机理的认识。

Abstract

The relationship between intrinsic viscosity

[η]

and yield strength

of SBR-1500 raw rubber has been studied. It is found that the critical molecular weight of yielding varies with temperature. The critical yield temperature of SBR-1500 is 18℃

which is equivalent to

Tee' transition temperature

determined by linear dilatomer. The Tee' transition temperature of SBR increases with the increase of benzene ring content in the sample.
