Three typical styrene-butadiene rubbers(SBR)were chosen:emulsion-SBR(ESBR)and two kinds of solution-SBR(SSBR(C)) and (SSBR(B)). Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) was used to analysis the chain structure; dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) were used to study the compatibility of these three SBR with NR. The results show that:the blend system of SSBR(B) with NR is compatible. The blend systems of ESBR and SSBR(C) with NR exhibit two-phase morphology. The differences in compatibility among the three kinds of SBR with NR can be well explained by comparing their chain structure.The content of cis-1
