摘要

本文叙述了在主链中含有环二硅氨烷的线型聚硅氧烷的合成

所得到的聚合体无论在聚合或贮存时都不会发生交联

这个结果完全不同于文献曾经报导的类似结构的聚合体的实验结果。由聚合体得到的橡皮具有很好的力学性能和好的水解稳定性

其耐热性接近于卡硼烷硅橡胶。在350℃的热空气下老化24小时

仍能保持伸长率100％和抗拉强度80公斤/厘米2。

Abstract

The synthesis of linear polyorganosiloxane containing cyclodisilazane in the backbone was described. The polymers neither crosslinked during polymerzation nor on stroage. This characteristic is obviously different from what have been reported in the literature. Vulcanized rubber prepared from the polymer E has good mechanical strength and fine hydrolytic stability. Its heat resistance is almost as good as that of polycarborane siloxane rubber. Heating at 350℃ for 24 hours in air

it still retains an elongation of 100% and tensile strength of 80 kg/cm2.
