Abstract

The oligomers containing 1

2-bis (3

5-dioxopyridazine-1) ethane (ICRF-154) and (±)-1

2-bis (3

5-dioxopyridazine-1) propane (ICBF-159) were prepared by reaction of 1

2-bis (3

5-dioxopyridazine-1) ethane or (±)-1

2-bis (3

5-dioxopyridazine-1) propane with various α

ω-dibromoalkanes in the presence of anhydrous potassium carbonate. The structural characteristics of the oligomers were investigated by IR and 1H-NMR. respecticvely.
