The interation parameter x for poly-(ε-caprolaetone) -polycarbonate blends containing 95-30% PCL has been measured by inverse gas chromatographic procedure. The similar reasonable value of x was also obtained from the slope of the plot of (Tm0 - Tm) / φ3 snsrev φ3 by DSC. The negative values of the determined x for the blends indicate that significant intermolecular interactions exist between the components of the mixtures and contribute to the compatibility of these blends.
