分别以熔融纺丝-拉伸法聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维基膜和二维编织技术制备的聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维中空编织管为增强体,以6 wt%~18 wt%的PVDF溶液和10 wt%的PAN溶液为铸膜液,通过共挤出纺丝技术,制备了四种增强型中空纤维膜,即同质增强型PVDF、PAN中空纤维膜和异质增强型PVDF、PAN中空纤维膜.由于在膜生物反应器(MBR)系统扰动震荡环境和膜反洗过程中增强型中空纤维膜对于其界面结合强度的需求远大于其对拉伸强度的要求.因此,借助溶解度参数法和超声震荡法分析和讨论表面分离层与增强体之间的界面结合状态,不但为 MBR系统中膜的选择提供更好的参考依据,也为增强型中空纤维膜界面结合提供一种全新的表征方法.结果表明,同质增强型中空纤维膜的界面结合状态明显优于异质增强型中空纤维膜,受相同超声震荡作用后,前者的水通量变化较小,而后者因界面结合状态较差,已发生界面损伤或剥离,导致膜的水通量变化较大.同时,PVDF中空纤维膜基膜作为增强体较由PAN纤维中空编织管作为增强体制备的增强型中空纤维膜界面结合更好,状态更稳定.
The homogeneous-reinforced PVDF and PAN membranes

include 6 wt%~18 wt% of PVDF casting solution and 10 wt% of PAN casting solution and matrix membranes (preparations of porous PVDF hollow fiber membrane through the melt spinning and stretching process and PAN braided tube through the 2D braided method) were prepared through the co-extrusion process.The requirement of the interfacial bonding state between the surface separation layer and the matrix membrane is higher than the tensile strength due to the techniques of aeration and backwashing in the MBR filtration process.Therefore
it will provide a better choice of membrane for the MBR system and a new characterization method of the interface bonding state of the reinforced membrane through the solubility parameter method and ultrasonic vibration analysis.The effect of ultrasonic oscillations on the membrane interface bonding state was studied.The results of this study showed that:The solubility parameter method results showed the interface bonding state of homogeneous-reinforced membranes was more stable than the heterogeneous-reinforced membranes'.The interface bonding state of homogeneous-reinforced membranes was significantly more stable than the heterogeneous-reinforced membranes'.In the same disturbance shocks environment
the change of water flux of homogeneous-reinforced membranes was slow than that of the heterogeneous-reinforced membranes.It was because of the poor interface bonding state between the surface separation layer and reinforced matrix membrane of the heterogeneous-reinforced membranes.The interface bonding state of the reinforced membranes prepared using PVDF matrix membrane was more stable than that of the reinforced membranes prepared using PAN braided tube.
