摘要

通过等温以及非等温溶液结晶法制备了聚乙烯 /碳纳米管复合串晶(shish-kebab)结构.电镜结果显示，等温结晶1 h得到的聚乙烯/碳纳米管串晶(shish-kebab)结构kebab长度为30～140 nm，kebab间间距为35～80 nm.使用非等温结晶法得到的产物kebab长度为40～180 nm，kebab间距与等温结晶过程得到的相同.此外实验发现聚乙烯/碳纳米管shish-kebab结构生长过程中， kebab的生长与新的kebab形成是同步发生，直至结晶结束.将得到的聚乙烯/碳纳米管shish-kebab结构在对二甲苯中静置3个月，光学图像显示仍能保持良好的分散性.使用沸腾对二甲苯冲洗聚乙烯/碳纳米管shish-kebab结构以验证其稳定性，发现冲洗过程中虽然部分聚乙烯链溶解，但仍有部分聚乙烯链吸附于碳纳米管上，并在降温过程中重新生成shish-kebab结构.

Abstract

The polyethylene/carbon nanotube shish-kebab structures were prepared by both isothermally and non-isothermally solution crystallization method

and the disp e rsion of carbon nanotube in xylene was improved.From the TEM images

it is evid ent that lengths of kebabs were 30～140 nm and 40～180 nm

respectively.And the p eriodicities were both in the range 35～80 nm.The polyethylene/carbon nanotube s hish-kebab structures were well dispersed in the p-xylene solutions after 3 months.And based on the samples obtained during the process

it was obviously t hat t he kebab grew and formed simultaneously.Finally

to investigate the stability o f shish-kebab structures

it was washed by boiled xylene for several times.Alth ough

PE chains were dissolved in the process

shish-kebab structures would ref orm when temperature decreased.
