A MgCl3-supported TiCl4 catalyst comprising NdCl3 (called SN-1 catalyst) gives good yield which containing 4-85 mol% styrene-unit content in the products for the copolymema-tion of ethylene and styrene. The products have been fractionated by successive solvent extraction with suitable solvents and have been characterized by X-ray diffraction
