The influences of activation temperature on the structure and properties of aqueous polyurethane (APU) films were studied by means of FTIR
DSC and SEM.The testing results showed that when the film of APU is treated at a higher temperature
the chain segment motion can take place easily which leads to the rearrangement of the molecular chains.Furthermore
disordered hydrogen-bond intensity of APU films increased obviously and ordered hydrogen-bond intensity increased lightly during this process
which leads to non-perfect long-range ordered structure and a little perfection.The ordered structure in APU films formed effective physical cross-link point
which is conducive to better physical properties of APU films.
