Dynamic vulcanized NR/PP/nano-silica blended thermoplastic elastomer(TPE)was prepared.The effects of the modification of nano-silica and MAH/St/DCP multi-monomer melt grafting and cross—linking on the mechanical properties
the resistance to solvent and resistance to thermal distortion of TPE were investigated.SEM was used to stuay the morphology structure of TPE.The results showed that.the MAH/St/DCP multi—monomer melt grafted and cross—linked TPE had the best mechanical properties.resistance to solvent and resistance to termal distortion.when the mass ratio of nano-silica was 0.03 and that of MAH/St/DCP was 0.0375/0.0188/0.00375.The compatibility and inteffacial interaction between NR and PP were increased greatly by thinning the dispersive phase
improving the dispersion uniformity of NR and enhancing the co-cross-linking of the two phases.The comprehensive properties of NR/PP TPE were improved obviously.
