95% alcohol∶THF(volume rate 7∶3) was used as the solvent and the molecular extinction coefficient of methylacryloyloxy end group was 6510L·mol-1·cm-1 .A series of macromonomer containing methylacryloyloxy end group (MA-PTHF-OH) was determined by two methods

the UV spectrophotometric method and the titration method.The relative error was less than ±5% between these two methods.The results of the two methods were also contrasted by statistical test.There was no significant difference between them.This method gives a convenient way for characterization of macromonomer containing methylacryloyloxy end group.
