which is applicableto the polymer-solvent systems with higher values of Muggins' constant (0. 472≤K'≤0.825). It is tested and compared with four other one-point equations using 192 data of 27 polymer-solvent systems of 19 polymers from literatures. The results obtained from the new equation are very satisfactory. The establishment of this equation will expand the range of application of evaluating [η] using one-point method.
