摘要

合成了三种二芳基碘weng氟硼酸盐

并用ＩＲ

ＮＭＲ

紫外光谱及元素分析进行了结构表征

研究了它们引发环氧聚硅氧烷的阳离子光固化及光敏剂浓度、结构及促进剂等因素对光固化速度的影响。

Abstract

Three diaryliodonium fluoroborates were prepared with an improvedmothed and their structures were characterized by IR

1H-NMR

UV and elemental analysis A photosensitive prepolymer

epoxypolysiloxane(EPS)

was pre-pared by reaction of silicon oil containing hydrogen with functional epoxy compoundwith diaryliodonium fluoroborates as photoinitiators

the cationic photocuring processof epoxypolysiloxane(EPS)and the influence of phototinitiator's concentratlon

struc-ture and some promotors on EPS photocuring rates were studied．The results showed that epoxypolysiloxane (EPS) is highly photosensitive prepolymer

diaryliodoniumsare effective photoinitiators for EPS’s cationic photocuring

and Benzoin methvl ethercan promote the cationic photocuring process of epoxypolysiloxane(EPS)．
