are a series of reactions with the characteristics of high efficient
reliable and high selectivity. They are widely used in the synthesis of topological polymers. To date
the most studied click reactions are Cu (I) catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC)
Diels-Alder reaction
thiol-ene/yne reaction and nitroxide radical coupling reaction. The combination of multiple click reactions broadens the synthetic methods of well-defined polymers with various topologies. In this review
the application of combination of multiple click reactions in the synthesis of well-defined polymers in the last a few years is briefly summarized
and the prospects of multiple click reactions in this area are also discussed.
