and N-ethyl morpholine (NEMP) on methyl methacrylate polymerization initiated by benzoyl peroxide (BPO)
lauroyl peroxide (LPO)
t-butyl hydroperoxide (TBH)
and t-butyl pero-xybenzoate (TBPB) respectively have been studied. It was found that in the polymerization using BPO initiator
the presence of MP decreased the polymerization rate RP
however
the NMMP NBMP promoted the polymerization
and the order of RP was BPO-NMMP > LPO-NMMP > TBH-NMMP > TBPB-NMMP. The activation energy of polymerization and the polymerzation rate equation are determined.
