Abstract

Six new polyphosphoric esters containing 5-fluorouracil in the main chain: were synthesized by condensation polymerization of 1

3-dihydroxyalkyl-5-fluorouracil with etho-xyphosphoryl or phenoxyphosphoryl diohloride. The polymers are powdered materials with molecular weight 2400-3600 and easily soluble in water. The antitumor activity of some of these polymers were tested on mice against tewis
