摘要:The ternary copolymerization of styrene, methylmethacrylate and sulfur dioxide was studied in this paper. The product has been characterized in detail by elemental analysis, infrared, UV, NMR spectra, DSC and TG etc. According to the fact that the product has only one glass temperature 132.5℃, it is considered to be a copolymer rather than a mixture of homopolymers. Heating poly (styrene-sulfone), poly (styrene-methyl methacrylate-sulfone), polymethylmethacrylate separately they begin to decompose at 252℃, 272℃,282℃,respectively. When the solutions of these products were irradiated by three commercially available 30W lamps (low pressure long arc mercury lamp),the viscosity of solution of P(St-SO2)decreases more rapidly than that of P(St-MMA-SO2),that of PMMMA shows the slowest decrease.

摘要:Acetylene monomer was polymerized with vanadiUrn based catalyst to form free standing film of polyaeetylene (PA).The effect of polymerization conditions including catalyst concentration,aging time of catalyst,polymerization solvent and temperature on morphology,catalytic activity and cis content has been investigated.It is shown that the catalytic activity of catalyst system containing VO (acac)2 is higher than that of V (aeac)3.The suitable conditions for preparing PA film:molar ratio Al/V of 4-一6;eoneentration of vanadium compounds>0.4 mole/l.When tetrahydrofuran and n-butyl ether were used as polymerization solvent,PA power Was formed.The eis content of PA film depends upon the polymerization temperature,but is not higher than 70%.The room temperature eonduetuivity of the PA film doped with It is in the range of 10一102Ω-1·cm-1,similar to that prepared with Ti (OBu)4-Am3. The conductivity of PA film obtained with catalyst system composed of V4+ was higher than that of V3+ eatalyst.The observation.by a scanning electron microscope showed that the film is composed of an accnmlation of fibrils with diameter of 1000 A.The bulk density is about 0.8g/cm3.
摘要:It was shown that the polymerization rate of propylene sulfide is second order with respect to monomer concentration and half order with respect to catalyst concentration. A mechanism of himolecular coordinated propagation of propylene sulfide and association of the catalyst in the polymerization system was proposed. The activation energy of polymerization was measured as 12.2 ± 0.5 kcal/mole. Chain transfer constanst to monomer and solvent were calculated. The change of molecular weight and molecular weight distrbution with conversion was followed by GPC which was improved by ad-ding LiCl to eluant.
摘要:The relationship between intrinsic viscosity, [η], and yield strength, σ, of SBR-1500 raw rubber has been studied. It is found that the critical molecular weight of yielding varies with temperature. The critical yield temperature of SBR-1500 is 18℃, which is equivalent to,Tee' transition temperature, determined by linear dilatomer. The Tee' transition temperature of SBR increases with the increase of benzene ring content in the sample.

摘要:Evidences of domain formation in amorphous aromatic polyester (U-polymer) during annealing at temperature below its Tg (about 190℃) for 8 to 120 hours were given by TEM,SAXS and DSC studies in this work.The USe of golddecoration technique made the morphology of samples more distinct.Kratky small angle X-ray collimation system was adopted to remove most of the parasitic scattering due to slit edges,thus im-proving the resolution.In order to confirm that it was the fusion of ordered areas in annealed samples that caused the abnormal endothermic peaks on DSC curves.different heating rates were used for DSC measurements.The excess enthalpy (△H)o was ob-rained by extrapolating the heating rate to zero.From the resuits obtained by TEM,SAXS and DSC.it was shown that domains with long spacing of 40-一60 nm were for

摘要:This paper presents our study on the effect of fillers on mechanical damping of chIorinated butyl rubber above its glass transition temperature,Tg.In the temperature range of TgT>一36℃ the effect of interaction between rubber and fillers on mechanical damping of chlori-nated butyl rubber was studied and discussed in terms of several parameters such as the content of combined rubber absorbed On the surface of fillers,surface area of fillers,the interfacial function ψ,and the surface area of fillers occupied by rubber of unit weight.The effect of interfiller friction on mechanical damping of the filled ruber was described with the parameters ψ and φ.φ is the volume fraction of fillers.It is shown by the results that when the content of the fillers is low.the mechanical damping of filled rubber depends on the interaction between the fillers and rubber.On the other hand,the mechanical damping of the filled rubber was improved no-tably by the friction between the filler particles.
摘要:The emulsif ier-f ree emulsion polymerization of styrene in the presence of 18-crown-6 has been studied. We found that 18-crown-6 can accelerate the polymerization reaction as a phase transfer catalyst. The latex particles obtained in this polymer ization have two types in size, and the latex particles are composed of two types of polymers in different size. Prom these results, a two phases particle nucleation mechanism has been proposed for this polymerization.
摘要:The polymorphic i-PP,which containsa and β crystalline forms,was studied by WAXD.Asymmatrie Gause-Cauchy composite function was used to characterize the crystal and amorphous peaks.When retarded least square method was used.the results of the microcomputer multipeak resolution are rather satisfactory.When β-nucleating agent was used,the polymorphic i-PP,which contains a and β crystalline,can be pre-pared at Tc=100°-140℃.Their crystal forms,crystallinity,crystallite length and the ratio of a and β phase are dependent on Tc The results show lthat in the range of Tc,a and β phases coexisted,the reorganization of a and β crystalhtes occured,the best β-cry-sthlisation temperature is at 130℃,the change of β-content is opposite to that of the amor-phous,and the change of a-content is very small.Comcpwring the results of peak-resolu-tion with the Turner-Jones equation.an improved calculation method of ratio of a and β phases was devised.Finally.a simple calculating method of peak area in WAXD was suggested.

摘要:Electron Spin Eesonance (ESR) of polyacetylene (PA) prepared with rare-earth coodination catalysts have been studied. The ESB spectra of PA are found to be singlet and Lorentz. No significant changes of PA ESB by catalyst systems composed of naphthenates of all fifteen rare earth elements are observed. It was found that the ESB linewidth, Ig N (N is the unpaired electrons concentration) exhibits a straight line with the cis content, with g=2.0028±0.0001. The formation of the unpiared electrons obeys the zero-order kinetics with the activation energy 11.3kcal/mol. The lightly I2 doped rare-earth PA ESR retains singlet, Lorentz lineshape and g factor constant until I2 dopant concentration >2mol%,at which doped level the ESR signal disappeared.
摘要:The polysiloxane emulsions were prepared by the copolymerization of methyl cyclo-siloxanes and ethenyl cyclosiloxanes. The ethenyl groups fixed the size of the particles by complexing. The electron micrographs showed that the size of the particles of the anionic emulsion was smaller and more narrowly distributed than that of the cationic one. The stability of the cationic emulsion was improved by adding non-ionic surfactant or by mechanical emulsification.
摘要:The hydrolytic stability of polyorganosiloxanes containing cyclodisilazane in the backbone and their monomer were studded. The phenyl substitution on silicon was observed to increase the hydrolytic stability of silicon-nitrogen bond in the cyclodisilazane. However, it was found that siloxane segment bonded cyclodisilazane could increae the hydrolytic stabilyty of silicon-nitrogen bond, while the macromolecular structure could give substantial increase in the hydrolytic stability. Hence, the polymers obtained are very stable to water.
摘要:A method of preparing heat stable and fire retarding polyacrylonitrile (PAN) using SbCl3-diphenyl ether as catalytic system was reported. Based on the experimental results of IR., elemental analysis, DTA., An unzipping cyclization mechannizm of PAN was proposed. By this method heat stable fire retarding PANF as well as semiconductive and conductive fiber can be prepared. Furthermore, the PANF. treated by this method is so satble that good quality carbon fiber and conductive fiber can be rapidly produced in argon or in air.
摘要:The effects of morpholine (MP), N-methyl morpholine (NMMP), and N-ethyl morpholine (NEMP) on methyl methacrylate polymerization initiated by benzoyl peroxide (BPO), lauroyl peroxide (LPO), t-butyl hydroperoxide (TBH), and t-butyl pero-xybenzoate (TBPB) respectively have been studied. It was found that in the polymerization using BPO initiator, the presence of MP decreased the polymerization rate RP, however, the NMMP NBMP promoted the polymerization, and the order of RP was BPO-NMMP > LPO-NMMP > TBH-NMMP > TBPB-NMMP. The activation energy of polymerization and the polymerzation rate equation are determined.
摘要:Active acrylic esters of 8-hydroxyquinoline, 8-acryloxy-quinoline (AQ) and 8-me-thacryloxy-quinoline (MAQ) were synthesized from 8-hydroxyquinoline and corresponding acryl chlorides and polymerized. These two polymers, due to the neighbouring group effect of nitrogen atom on the quinolyl ring, are reactive towards ammonolysis or alcoholysis reactions under mild condition and therefore, can be used to couple proteins. Stirring p(AQ) or p(MAQ) with glucoamylase in borate buffer of pH 7 at room temperature, immolbilized enzyme with specific activity of 5328μ/g and 4320μ/g were obtained respectively.
